Yes, our Life Watch bands are designed to be easily replaced. You can purchase additional bands on our website!

First, turn the watch face down. Next, align the bands so the spring-loaded pins face up. Squeeze the pin lever to retract the pin while sliding the band into place between the pin holes on the back of the watch face.

The charging cable and watch have polarized magnets that align in only one position. Rotate the cable connector till it snaps into the correct position.

Your Life Watch - Deluxe is not turning off. The screen automatically sleeps after a short time to preserve battery life. Your battery drains faster the longer the screen remains lit. Quickly raise and turn your wrist or tap the power button to wake it up again. 

If you want to adjust the auto-sleep time, you:

• Swipe over to settings.
• Click on settings.
• Click on the screen display.
• Click on screen time and then select your desired length of time.
